My experience at the Swiss Hotel in Ottawa

My stay at the Swiss Hotel in Ottawa was extremely pleasant. This family-run boutique hotel stands out for its simplicity and attention to detail.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the lively ByWard Market and has good access to the subway, particularly Rideau station.

In other words, it’s close to the city’s main tourist attractions, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown.

The room was comfortable, simply and elegantly decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The reception was very friendly, I felt really welcomed.

As I wasn’t sure of my arrival time, they sent me the information to enter the room after hours.
