Plan your visit in advance: It’s a good idea to book your hotel in advance, as they can get busy, especially during peak tourist season. This will ensure that you get a spot and avoid any disappointment.
Bring a swimsuit and a towel: Make sure to bring a swimsuit and a towel with you, as these are not provided at the free thermal baths. It’s also a good idea to bring a pair of flip-flops or water shoes, as the floors can be slippery.
Follow the rules: Each thermal bath will have its own set of rules and guidelines to follow. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these and follow them to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Take it easy: The thermal baths are a place to relax and unwind, so try to avoid any strenuous activity while you’re there. Take your time, soak in the warm waters, and let the stress and tension of everyday life melt away.
Don’t forget to hydrate: It’s important to stay hydrated while you’re in the thermal baths, as the heat can make you lose fluids more quickly. Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you and drink plenty throughout your visit.
Accomodation

Accommodation in Lobios is diverse and you can choose from luxurious hotels to private homes, and in most cases it is possible to find stays with free cancellation.
However, I must say that we decided to sleep in Ponte da Barca, about 40 km from Lobios.
The Hotel Fonte Velha is a very comfortable boutique hotel, so whenever we have the opportunity we choose to stay on this side of the border.
