Looking for hotels and where to stay in Acaya, Lecce, Italy? Here’s a complete guide with everything you need to know!
This little gem in Puglia is the perfect destination for anyone who appreciates history, peace and quiet, and proximity to the sea.
In other words, it has a charming historic centre worth exploring slowly, along with beautiful scenery and nature all around.
Acaya is ideal for a weekend getaway or as a base to explore Lecce and the beaches of Salento — which is exactly what I did!
Although it’s a small village, there are good accommodation options, including luxury hotels and more affordable stays.
But if you prefer a quiet and exclusive atmosphere, Acaya also offers historic properties and resorts surrounded by nature.
✔️Tested and approved! If you don’t have time to read the full article, just know that I stayed at the Acaya Golf Resort & Spa (4 stars) and loved it! In fact, this hotel is one of the best options in the region. For those looking for a cosier and more traditional alternative, Palazzo Sabella Tommasi is an excellent choice.

Another option is Relais Masseria Le Cesine, which, although a resort, offers affordable prices during certain times of the year.

My experience at Acaya Golf Resort & Spa
My experience at Acaya Golf Resort & Spa was, without a doubt, a true luxury getaway.
The hotel is located just 3 km from the Cesine Nature Reserve and a short distance from the Salento coastline, which was perfect for exploring the region.
You can enjoy an 18-hole golf course and two outdoor pools to relax and take advantage of Puglia’s warm climate.
The room I stayed in was an oasis of comfort, with stunning views of the golf course and gardens.
The dinner and breakfast were also worth mentioning, as they were complete and varied. Without a doubt, an accommodation in Salento that I would love to repeat!
