So, for travelers looking for a more affordable option, public transport is the most economical way.
If that’s the case for you, then go to the bus stop outside the airport terminal and take bus number 290, ie the bus that goes to Heinzelova. Then take tram number 2 to the city’s main train station, Glavni Kolodvor. For this trip, expect to pay around €0.93 and a trip of around an hour.
However, for those who value convenience over cost, the Croatia Airlines shuttle is a great option.
Incidentally, this direct bus takes travelers from the airport to Autobusni Kolodvor Zagreb in just 30 minutes. Anyway, the only inconvenience is that this alternative is a little more expensive, with tickets around €6.
